विपक्षी गठबंधन ‘इंडिया’ का 21 सदस्यीय प्रतिनिधिमंडल मणिपुर के हिंसा प्रभावित इलाकों का दौरा करने के बाद रविवार को दिल्ली पहुंचा.
मणिपुर से लौटने के बाद कांग्रेस नेता अधीर रंजन चौधरी ने आरोप लगाया है कि राज्य और केंद्र, दोनों ही मणिपुर के लिए कोई बड़ा क़दम नहीं उठा रहे.
उन्होंने कहा, “दिल्ली और देश के बाहर बड़ी-बड़ी बातें की जा रही हैं… लोगों के घरों में खाना और दवाइयां नहीं हैं, बच्चों के पास पढ़ने के लिए सुविधाएं नहीं हैं, कॉलेज के छात्र कॉलेज नहीं जा पा रहे हैं.”
उनके अनुसार, “दो समुदायों के बीच लड़ाई ख़त्म करने के लिए कुछ भी नहीं किया जा रहा है… राज्य सरकार और केंद्र सरकार ने अपनी आंखें बंद कर ली हैं.”

वहीं टीएमसी की सांसद सुष्मिता देव ने वापस आने के बाद कहा, “जब प्रधानमंत्री संसद में आएंगे तो हम मणिपुर के मुद्दे उठाएंगे लेकिन वे संसद में आते ही नहीं हैं.”

आरजेडी सासंद मनोज कुमार झा ने कहा, “हमारी एक ही मांग है कि दोनों समुदाय को सौहार्द बनाकर रखना चाहिए. मणिपुर के हालात काफी ख़तरनाक हैं.”

जेडीयू के प्रमुख राजीव रंजन (लल्लन) सिंह ने कहा, “राज्यपाल ने कहा है कि वह सामान्य स्थिति को बहाल करने के लिए हर संभव प्रयास कर रही हैं. लेकिन हम जानते हैं कि राज्यपाल के पास सीमित शक्तियाँ होती हैं और राज्य चलाने की शक्ति राज्य सरकार के हाथों में होती है.”
एनसीपी (शरद पवार गुट) सांसद पीपी मोहम्मद फै़ज़ल ने कहा, “हमने जो कुछ भी देखा और सुना, वो हमारी उम्मीदों से परे है.उन लोगों की पीड़ा को शब्दों में बयां नहीं किया जा सकता. अगर सरकार ने शुरू में कार्रवाई की होती, तो ऐसी स्थिति से बचा जा सकता था, सरकार मूक दर्शक बनी रही.”

वहीं झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा सासंद महुआ माझी ने कहा, “राज्यपाल ने हमसे कहा कि हम पहल करें और समाधान निकालें. वो ख़ुद को असहाय महसूस कर रही हैं.कल संसद में हमारी बैठक होगी, जिसके बाद हम आगे की रणनीति तय करेंगे.”
