इसराइल में फलस्तीनी समूह हमास के हमले पर अब सऊदी अरब ने प्रतिक्रिया दी है.
सऊदी अरब के विदेश मंत्रालय ने एक बयान जारी कर कहा है कि वह फलस्तीनी गुटों और क़ब्ज़े वाली इसराइली ताकतों के बीच पैदा हुई स्थिति के कारण अलग-अलग मोर्चों पर जारी हिंसा पर नज़र बनाए हुए हैं.
अपने बयान में सऊदी अरब ने कहा है, ” हम तत्काल रूप से दोनों पक्षों के बीच तनाव को तत्काल रोकने, नागरिकों की सुरक्षा और संयम बरतने की अपील करते हैं.”
सऊदी ने कहा कि वह बार-बार इसराइली समूह को दी गई अपनी चेतावनियों को याद करता है.
सऊदी ने कहा- लगातार कब्ज़े, फलस्तीनी नागरिकों को उनके वैध अधिकारों से वंचित रखने और बार-बार व्यवस्थित उकसावे के मद्देनज़र हम ऐसी स्थिति के पैदा होने को लेकर आगाह करते रहे हैं.
”हम वापस से अंतर्राष्ट्रीय समूहों से उनकी ज़िम्मेदारियों को निभाने और एक विश्वसनीय शांति प्रक्रिया को सक्रिय करने की अपील करते हैं, जिससे दो-राष्ट्र समाधान हो सके और क्षेत्र में सुरक्षा, शांति बहाल की जा सके, नागरिकों को बचाया जा सके.”

The Palestinian Health Ministry reports that, according to preliminary data, 161 people were killed and 931 were injured in Palestine.
At least 40 Israelis are confirmed dead, with 750 injured.
