इसराइल की आतंकी सेना ने भारतीय वक़्त के मुताबिक शाम 6 बजे के बाद से ही ग़ज़ा पर ज़बरदस्त हवाई हमले शुरू कर दिए थे, ये हमले अबतक के सबसे खतरनाक बताये जाते हैं, हवाई हमले के साथ ही इस्राइली सेना ने ग़ज़ा में ज़मीन के रास्ते अंदर जाने की भी कोशिशें की जहाँ उनका सामना एक बार फिर हमास के लड़ाकों से हुआ, हमास की तरफ से इस्राइली टैंकों पर AGTM से हमले किये गए, साथ ही एंटी टैंक मिसाईलों से भी हमला किया गया, जिसके बाद्द इस्राइली सेना के पैर उखड गए और वो मोर्चों से वापस भाग आयी, हमास के हमलों में कई इस्राइली सैनिक ज़ख़्मी हुए हैं वहीँ पांच टैंक पूरी तरह से भस्म हो गए बताये जाते हैं
हमास ने आज हुई कार्यवाही पर एक प्रेस नोट भी जारी किया है, वहीँ सोशल मीडिया पर अनेक यूजर फ़िलस्तीन में जारी कत्ले आम पर लिख रहे हैं साथ ही अमेरिका और यूरोप के देशों पर गुस्सा निकाल रहे हैं
