फ़लस्तीन एक पूर्ण आज़ाद देश बनेगा, फ़लस्तीन-इसराईल के बीच जंगबंदी का ऐलान किसी भी पल हो जायेगा : रिपोर्ट

ग़ज़ा से इसराइली बंधकों की रिहाई और युद्ध में संघर्ष विराम के लिए मिस्र में शांति वार्ता का एक और दौर चल रहा है. इस वार्ता में प्रगति के संकेत भी मिले हैं. हमास ने जॉर्डन के प्रस्ताव को मान लिया है, उधर इस्राईल ने भी हामी भर दी है, जानकारी के मुताबिक वार्ता अपने आख़िरी दौर में है और युद्ध बंदी का ऐलान किसी भी वक़्त हो सकता है, अब इस समझौते में कोई रूकावट नज़र नहीं आ रही है

अमेरिका, रूस, चीन, सऊदी अरब, ईरान, क़तर, UAE, ओमान, फ्रांस ने इस मामले में बहुत अहम् किरदार निभाए हैं, समझौते को लेकर जो जानकारियां सामने आ रही हैं उसमे फ़िलहाल 42 दिन के लिए जंगबंदी होना तै हुआ है, इस दौरान इसराइल के जो बंधक हमास के कब्ज़े में हैं उनमे से 40 को हमास रिहा करेगा, हर रोज़ एक बंधक की रिहाई की जाएगी, बदले में इसराइल फ़लस्तीन के एक हज़ार के ज़्यादा बंदी/कैदियों को जो इसराइल की जेलों में बंद हैं को रिहा करेगा, हमास जिस वक़्त इस्राइली बंधक को रिहा करेगा उसकी सर्विलान्स किसी भी सूरत में नहीं की जाएगी ताकि इसराइल को ये जानकारी न मिल सके कि हमास कहाँ से इसराइल के बंधकों को लेकर आता है

समझौते में तै हुआ है कि ग़ज़ा में OIC देशों की शांति सेना की तैनाती की जाएगी, और इसराइल की सेना ग़ज़ा से बाहर निकलेगी, अगले मरहले में हमास के लोग हथियार डालेंगे, और फ़लस्तीन एक पूर्ण आज़ाद देश बनेगा, अमेरिका, रूस, चीन, जर्मनी, फ्रांस, UK, ऑस्ट्रेलिया समेत अरब, अफ्रीका और अमेरिका के बहुत सारे देश आज़ाद फ़लस्तीन देश को स्वीकार करेंगे

अरब के देश तबाह हुए फ़लस्तीन को मिलकर फिर से खड़ा करेंगे, इसराइल फ़लस्तीन के किसी भी लीडर को निशाना नहीं बनाएगा, जंगबंदी के दौरान दोनों पक्षों की तरफ से एक भी गोली नहीं चलायी जाएगी, समझौते को लागू करवाने की ज़िम्मेदारी UN के साथ रूस और चीन की होगी

हमास के वार्ताकार क़ाहिरा में है जहां मिस्र, अमेरिका और क़तर के मध्यस्थ इसराइल की तरफ़ से दिए गए ताज़ा शांति समझौता प्रस्ताव पर हमास की प्रतिक्रिया का इंतेज़ार कर रहे हैं.

एक फ़लस्तीनी अधिकारी ने कहा है कि समझौता इस बात पर निर्भर करता है कि इसराइल ने क्या ऐसा प्रस्ताव दिया है जिसे हमास स्वीकार कर ले.

अभी ये भी स्पष्ट नहीं है कि क्या हमास अस्थायी के बजाये स्थायी संघर्ष विराम की अपनी मुख्य मांग में बदलाव करता है या नहीं.

वहीं दूसरी तरफ़ इसराइल की सरकार ये कहती रही है कि समझौता होता है या नहीं, वह रफ़ाह पर आक्रमण की अपनी योजना पर आगे बढ़ेगी.

इसराइल ने दक्षिणी ग़ज़ा के रफ़ाह शहर पर हमले की योजना बनाई है. यहां 12 लाख से अधिक ग़ज़ा वासी शरण लिए हुए हैं.

ISRAEL SAYS NO CEASEFIRE UNTIL HAMAS SHOWS REAL COOPERATION

The Israeli government has announced it won’t head to Cairo for ceasefire talks until Hamas makes it clear they intend to release the hostages.

Senior Spokesperson of the Israeli government:

“At this stage, a delegation is not leaving for Cairo. A professional-level delegation should be sent if there is an answer from Hamas that has a horizon for negotiations and progress.

The delegation is already ready to leave and has received a mandate to promote the deal. In Israel they hope that the answer will come tonight.”

ISRAEL MAY AGREE TO RELEASE MARWAN BARGHOUTI IN HOSTAGE DEAL
